After enjoying your handmade sushi with tempura and miso soup, stroll through the Nishiki Market, established 400 years ago and often called the kitchen of Kyoto since almost any fresh ingredient needed to make Japanese food can be found here!

Assemble at Kyoto Handicraft Center Lunch Sushi making and tasting at Ganko Takasegawa Nijoen (90 min.) Walk through Nishiki Market (45 mins)

3:15-4:15pm The tour will disband at Nishiki Market.

REMARKS

1. If you would like, you can wear a kappogi (traditional Japanese apron) while making sushi.
